In the next few weeks public school state champions in both New York and Connecticut will be crowned. Along the way we’ll also learn who received all-America recognition and respective state, sectional and conference accolades.

St. Anthony’s pulled away for a 17-9 win over rival Chaminade tonight in the CHSAA championship game at Hofstra. The win was especially sweet for the Friars, who last year suffered a 12-11 overtime loss to Chaminade in the title game.
