JD 9 GC 7
Set 12 CE 6 ( If CE middies can keep up with Setts)
WI 15 FPort 10 but I know absolutley nothing about Fport except they lost close games to JD and Canandagua.
LI gets 2 of 3 and Sect 3 as usual the other.
Joe any truth to the rumor that Rye will be playing up in Class B next season? Also, any other interesting class jumpers that you know about?
Garden City 10 JD 8
Manhasset 12 Corning East 5
WI 18 Fairport 8
JD 10 GC 7
Set 13 CE 5
WI 14 Fport 10
I fished the crystal ball out of the attic to come up with –
West Islip 16, Fairport 6
Garden City 6 – Jamesville DeWitt 5
Manhasset 12 – Corning East 4
Fairfield Prep 8, Cheshire 7
Darien 14 – New Fairfield 6

WI is are the best Team in the nation by far!

JD & GC both very well coached
Manhasset 10 Corning East 5
Sett loaded, CE down this year
WI 15, FP 6
GC 7, JD 5
Set 12, CE 6
WI will not beat Fairport by 10+, Fairport is loaded. They are on a different level from L/P.
WI 13 Fairport 10
JD 8 GC 6
Set 12, CE 5
Manhasset and Rye will both be in B next season
It will be a LI sweep tomorrow…who’s going?
Set in B next year…..there goes the neighborhood!!
BigBadBear
No trouble getting in I assume?
Big congrats to the L/P girls for knocking off West Genny, 12-11 in 3OT, in today’s state semifinals. They will face Farmingdale in the championship tomorrow in Cortland
GC wins by 1 in the most boring state title game ever..
7-6 tops.. maybe 6-5
Very good news that there is only one admission tomorrow and we can stay inside and watch all three. LI Lax- what if anything do you know or hear about CE. From the scores it sounds like they might slow it down or zone it ala CSH.
Good luck to the Lakeland girls.
WI by 5 over Fairport, but I think it will be close into the second half
JD over GC in a close one, final score in the single digits
Set comfortably over CE.
Fox Lane Girls Lax – on a huge roll – on to take down Garden City’s decade of dominance. Let’s go Foxes
CE has an unbelievable goalie, Tyler White, who might be the best in the state. I would agree that they’re going to try to slow it down, but I don’t know if that’s going to be the best strategy as Manhasset can play that style, as they’ve shown. CE also has a very good attackman in Devin Grimaldi (Towson) and a junior middle Frysinger going to Hopkins.
WI 14 FP 7
GC 9 JD 7
Set 12 CE 5
Thanks LI Lax- sounds similiar to Darien, Set can play anyway you want so not sure what the best way to attack them is. A very well rounded team in my opinion
sorry for the typo-similar obviously. Tired eyes
Set is 12 minutes away from a second straight state title. Manhasset leads 13-5 after three. Belinsky has three goals. Quinn and Pat Moroney and Matt Tompkins each have two.
