Former Johns Hopkins star Paul Rabil of the Boston Cannons was named the Bud Light MVP and Warrior offensive player of the year and former Georgetown standout Brodie Merrill of the Toronto Nationals was named Warrior defensive player of the year to lead the list of 12 players chosen to the All-Major League Lacrosse team.
Several players from the LaxLessons region also were selected.

Midfield: Paul Rabil (Boston), Kyle Dixon (Washington), Joe Walters (Toronto)
Defense: Brodie Merrill (Toronto), Kyle Sweeney (Boston), Lee Zink (Denver), Matt Bocklet (Denver)
Goalkeeper: Jesse Schwartzman (Denver)
Faceoff specialist: Alex Smith (Washington)

Congrats to Rabil, not bad for a rookie! And of course Merrill is one of the best defenders ever.
And of course former JJ star Matt Bocklet is doing so well congrats to him, he’s part of the wave of young stars flooding the MLL.
His younger brother will start on UVA next season, I’m predicting a breakout year. Apparently White and English will battle for the 3rd spot alongside Bocklet and Stanwick.
