A busy week of tristate action that features rivalry games, league and conference contest and a heaping helping of interstate affairs may be most remembered by what will be happening off the field.

That’s because, on Wednesday, the NCAA is expected to approve a measure that will, in effect, turn back the clock on early recruiting.
