Buckle up, gang, for what promises to be a Wild Wednesday in the nation’s No. 1 hotspot for lacrosse, the NY/NJ/CT tristate region.
It’s championship day in Suffolk County with a tripleheader at Stony Brook University starting at 3 p.m.
A downstate NY sub-region trio of games at Yorktown High’s Charlie Murphy Field, meanwhile, starts at 3:30 p.m.
As if that’s not enough, there are also Connecticut opening round state playoff games and New Jersey group finals.
