When we previewed this week’s matchups here on our Lacrosse Insider premium coverage section this past Sunday, we promised it would be a wet — and wild — week.

We’re happy to see we were right on the wild part. As far as all the rain goes, well, we could all do without that.

Good news. Saturday should be better weather-wise in the NY/NJ/CT area with the National Weather Service calling for a chance of showers and patchy fog before 9 a.m., but otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 60.

We’ll take it.
