Bryant University men’s lacrosse coach Mike Pressler opened up about the rape controversy that led to his departure at Duke in 2006 in an interview on CBS-TV’s “60 Minutes” that aired Sunday night.
Pressler, a Wilton (CT) native, also revealed he’s turned down several offers from other D-I programs at a higher salary to stay to Bryant because of his loyalty to the Bulldogs for hiring him as a college head coach when no other program — including high school programs — would.
Pressler was interviewed by correspondent Armen Keteyian, a Fairfield (CT) resident.
