If today’s Major League Lacrosse final is as exciting as yesterday’s semifinals, we should be in for quite a show.
It will be Chesepeake vs. Charlotte in the title game today at 3 p.m. at PPL Park in Chester, Pa., just outside Philadelphia. You can watch the Steinfeld Trophy game live on ESPN2.
Fourth-seeded Charlotte upset previously unbeaten top-seeded Denver 17-14 and Chesapeake pulled out a 13-12 win over Hamilton in yesterday’s semifinals. (For video highlights, click on the link of each game.)

Hadn’t watched the MLL all year. I kind of view it as a gimmick and not real lacrosse. But enjoyed watching the games this weekend. I guess for future reference, I’ll tune in for championship weekend and continue to skip the meaningless regular season.
