The Empire State Cup will return to Syracuse Aug. 1-4.
Because of this year’s late announcement, and in an effort to accommodate as many players and coaches as possible, the Cup has decided players must first register online and then make either one of the tryouts dates or participate in the first practice. Information on tryouts may be obtained at empirestatecup.com.
Team practices will be limited to just three maximum sessions prior to the games in August. Each region – Hudson Valley, Long Island, Central, Western, Adirondack and New York City – has a staff of three coaches.
Tryouts, dates, locations and coaching staffs will be announced this month.

Well I guess it’s good that it’s back but NYC won this last year which kinda shows the best players from LI, HV and Central didn’t try out.
