Lombardi on Lacrosse: Playoffs provide teams with second chances

Garden City fell to Manhasset in the 123rd Woodstick Classic on April 27.

Staples lost twice this spring to Greenwich. Same for Wilton against Darien.

But Garden City, Staples and Wilton were all able to turn things around and win rematches against those teams in the playoffs.
