The Lizards have extended their reach.
The Major League Lacrosse team that was known as the Long Island Lizards have rebranded. The team will now be known as the New York Lizards.
And they have a new logo to prove it.
That announcement was made yesterday and was among the top headlines from this past week.

This is very surprising that people from Long Island admit there is a NY state outside Long Island! I mean they consider Mount Vernon and Yonkers to be “upstate”. LOL
The Lizards should play a couple-3 games off Long Island.
This is very suprising to see. It will deffinatly feel weird seeing the New York Lizards on their jersy. This is good to see that they are trying to expand the game and make their team a part of a bigger community. Hopefully they will play in stadiums all around the New York area and not just in long island. I think this would be benifitial because it would attract a lot of people from upstate New York.
CT needs an MLL team again
