A national semifinal doubleheader featuring the four highest-seeded teams has resulted in the two lower seeded squads, No. 3 Yale and No. 4 Duke, advancing to the title game.
Yale’s strong start was Albany’s finish in a 20-11 victory in Game 1 while Duke’s solid play in the second half was key in its 13-8 win over defending national champion Maryland
So now, it will be Yale (16-3) vs. Duke (16-3) in the final at 1 p.m. Memorial Day in Foxborough.
