Scott Clark, a longtime youth lacrosse coach in Westchester County (NY), has died after battling a rare form of appendix cancer. He was 56.

Clark, a graduate of Iona College and Iona Prep who was raised in the Crestwood section of Yonkers and lived in Scarsdale, was also a former triathlete, competitive diver and scratch golfer.

In addition to youth lacrosse, he also coach youth basketball and diving.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn and children Chris, 21, Catherine, 17, and Cameron, 13.
