Uncommitted Jimmy Caddigan of Smithtown West had three goals and two assists and two assists as Suffolk pulled out a 14-12 win over Nassau at the Long Island Showcase at Farmingdale State University last Friday in a game that was close throughout.
Garrett Moya (Huntington) and Sean Lulley (Half Hollow Hills East) each had two goals for Suffolk.
Long Beach’s Sam Brown and South Side’s Mike Leake each had three goals for Nassau. Taylor Strough (Cold Spring Harbor) had two goals.
Nassau led 2-1 after the first quarter and 6-5 at halftime. The score was tied 10-10 after three.
