Division I coaches flocked to Farmingdale State University on Friday for the Long Island Showcase tripleheader.
The seventh annual event features the top public school players from sections 8 and 11 and is sponsored by the Nassau and Suffolk County Coaches.

Now, here are game recaps.
Class of 2016: Nassau 13, Suffolk 9
Mac O’Keefe (Syosset) scored four goals and Ryan Tierney (Massapequa) had one goal and four assists for Nassau, which took control of the game by outscoring Suffolk 7-1 in the third quarter.
The game had been tied 4-4 at the half as Matt Oehl (Connetquot) scored back-to-back goals late in the second quarter. Lucas Cotler (Syosset) scored twice for Nassau. Jack Hanningan (East Islip) had two goals for Suffolk.
Class of 2017: Suffolk 14, Nassau 12
Uncommitted Jimmy Caddigan of Smithtown West had three goals and two assists and two assists as Suffolk pulled out the win in a game that was close throughout.
Garrett Moya (Huntington) and Sean Lulley (Half Hollow Hills East) each had two goals for Suffolk.
Long Beach’s Sam Brown and South Side’s Mike Leake each had three goals for Nassau. Taylor Strough (Cold Spring Harbor) had two goals.
Nassau led 2-1 after the first quarter and 6-5 at halftime. The score was tied 10-10 after three.
Class of 2018: Nassau 9, Suffolk 9, OT (one four-minute OT period was played)
Jake Wandel of Rocky Point tied it for Suffolk with just over a minute to go in regulation. Nassau had taken 9-8 lead on goal by Tyler Wuchte (Garden City) with four minutes left.
