To get things started this week, Hudson Valley (NY) rivals John Jay and Yorktown will have a second regular-season meeting for the first time this decade as a result of a change in Section 1 scheduling.
Yorktown rallied to beat John Jay 15-8 on March 28 after trailing 402 at the half. John Jay enters the rematch on a six-game win streak.
There’s also a huge showdown in New Jersey as Bergen Catholic visits the unbeaten Hun School (10-0).
