Applications are now being accepted for tryouts for the 2016 US U19 men’s national team that will compete in the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) World Championship, July 7-16, 2016, in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Applicants from the class of 2015 (current seniors), 2016 (current junior) and exceptional 2017 are eligible.
Applicants must have been born between Sept.1, 1996 and July 6, 2000. High school and collegiate players are eligible and encouraged to apply for consideration to be invited to try out.
Ohio State coach Nick Myers has been named head coach of the U19 team.
