In case you missed our very first “HS Gameday” report for 2015, the 2015 boys varsity season began with a pair of games in Nassau County on Long Island on Monday.
Action picks up on St. Patrick’s Day with several games, including Garden City, which won state titles in 2012 and ’13, opening up against Syosset for the eighth straight year.
With the season starting in New York, our own @Joe_Lombardi takes a look at top five storylines in the Empire State for MaxPreps.com. You can check it out here.
Joe Lombardi focused on New York in the first edition of the half-hour “Tristate Lacrosse Spotlight” online radio show this past Sunday. That show, which featured guests Brian Willetts (senior attackman/Smithtown East HS, NY/Notre Dame) and Jack Gelinas (junior defender/Bronxville HS, NY/Bucknell), as well as Alec Orazietti (senior attackman, Watchung Hills HS, NJ/Syracuse) is now available in iTunes on podcast by clicking here.
