Colombia Lacrosse is attempting to be just the second country from South America to go to the World Lacrosse Championships despite less than two full years playing the sport.
It has just launched its Indiegogo campaign fundraiser to bring Colombia’s first-ever National Team to the 2014 World Lacrosse Championships.
The players are diligently practicing and organizing themselves to realize the dream of representing their country on the international stage. Off the field they are working to fundraise however they can within Colombia. Additionally, they are investing all of their personal savings to get themselves to Denver.
However, despite their best efforts, they need support to make the trip happen.
Contributions are being accepted now on the Indiegogo page.
