Manhasset and John Jay renew their Long Island/Hudson Valley rivalry at 6 p.m. at ‘Set, which will look to avenge for a John Jay win last year.
In New Jersey, Ridge (6-1) visits Immaculata (5-2).
On Long Island, Ward Melville at Half Hollow Hills East should be a good one. So too should Bay Shore at Hills West.
Also of note, 2013 Nassau Class A finalist Port Washington visits South Side at 11 am. and Skelos North.
A Suffolk showdown between Rocky Point and Shoreham-Wading River should also be interesting. Rocky Point (6-1) suffered its first loss last week, a one-goal game against Babylon. SWR (4-4), 2012 state champions and 2013 state semifinalists, needs a statement win.
In a prep showdown, Massachusetts power and unbeaten Deerfield (6-0) faces Trinity-Pawling from New York’s Hudson Valley in a game at Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut. Deerfield, coincidentally, is coming off overtime wins against a pair of Connecticut powers: Brunswick School (double OT) and Westminster School (triple OT).
A late addition to the schedule is a 4 p.m matchup between CHSAA (NY) power St. Anthony’s and host Haverford (PA).
The NJ slate is highlighted by a game between Ridge and host Immaculata.
