Registration for the Team Superstar 2014 summer travel team tryouts is now open at www.superstarlacrosse.com.
Tryouts will take place on Sunday, Sept. 8 at Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Conn.
The elite program will field a team at each age group from current third-graders all the way through current high school juniors.
Age brackets will be based on each boy’s high school graduation year.
Superstar will also offer a make-up tryout on Sunday, Sept. 22 at Ridgefield High School from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for those players who are unable to attend the initial tryout date.
Established in 2008 by Hall of Fame Lacrosse Player Roy Colsey, Team Superstar has quickly become one of the elite summer travel programs in the country. SuperStar is looking for dedicated lacrosse players who have the desire to play lacrosse at the next level.
Since its inception, Team Superstar has helped more than 120 HS lacrosse players fulfill their dream of playing lacrosse at the collegiate level.
Superstar’s Class of 2014 team just won the 2013 Battle of the Hotbeds Tournament this past summer at the University of Delaware, one of the most prestigious tournaments in the country.
