The 2013 high school season is now one for the books in the nation’s No. 1 hotbed for lacrosse, the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tristate region.
With the season now complete, take a moment to weigh in with your vote in our latest poll, which asks, “Who do you think was the MVP of the 2013 boys lax season in the tristate area?”

- Jack Bruckner, Ward Melville (NY Class A state champions, consensus No. 1-ranked team in nation)
- Justin Guterding, Garden City (two-time NY Class B state champions)
- Tim Rotanz, Shoreham-Wading River (NY Class C semifinalist)
- Ted Ottens, Wilton (CT Division M state champions)
- Kevin Brown, Fairfield Prep (CT Division L state champions)
- Eric Scott, Ridge (NJ Tournament of Champions winner)

Hands down, most dominate offensive player in the entire Tristate.
I have watched a lot of lacrosse since the early 90’s and can only remember 2 or 3 midfielders that dominated from up top like Prestreau did.
