We’ve been monitoring the production of “Crooked Arrows,” a soon-to-be released movie that tells the story of a Native American high school team’s unlikely ascent to the prep league championship game. The movie stars Brandon Routh (“Superman Returns”).
There’s also another movie centering on lacrosse that will soon be in theaters.
It’s called “A Warrior’s Heart,” and stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene (“Twilight Saga”).
Lutz plays Conor Sullivan, a high school lax star distraught over the death of his father, a U.S. Marine. After being kicked off his high school team, he is assigned to a lacrosse camp that is directed by his late father’s Marine friend, a Native American played by actor Adam Beach.
