The lax world enjoyed another first this past week in the form of nominations for the ESPY Awards, which were held Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Pannell was nominated for Best Male College Athlete, which went to former BYU basketball star Jimmer Fredette.
Starsia was nominated for Best Coach/Manager, which went to Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle.
