Tuesday’s lacrosse doubleheader at Mahopac High School will benefit a special cause.
All proceeds will be donated to the local American Cancer Society.
Mahopac’s varsity girls team plays Yorktown at 4:30 p.m., followed by the boys game against Hen Hud at 7 p.m.
“We are calling it ‘Playing for the Cure,’ ” Mahopac boys co-head coach Mike Haddeland said. “All four teams will be wearing pink T-shirts for warm-ups and there will be all sorts of fundraisers.”
