Get ready for the BIG one tomorrow on the Island, St Anthonys at Chaminade, 4:15pm………………………..
Curious choice for msg game of the week. 2 nice programs, but…
I’d have rather seen these 2 schools play in football for tri-state supremacy.
and for us little guys in Section 1, I will be curious as to Nanuet vs. P’ville. Nanuet guys talking a lot, but I got to think the Panthers are the favorites. They need to replace two excellennt poles that were the heart and sole of that team last year, but the goalie is soild. They do have a new coach too…
Iona beat Don Bosco 12-7. Nicky had 3-2.
Mamo 9
Ossining 6
Garden City handles Smithtown W 12-4
Guys,
I just added a bunch of scores from today to the body of this post. No surprises. It’s good to see so many in the LaxLessons Top 25 getting underway. Anyone have any thoughts on the Ward Melville game? Because 9-5 sounds a little closer than it should have been.
Honestly it wasn’t a close game. WM was up 2-0 early and 5-2 at half. One of those games where they just didn’t pull away.
This is a great site. Just what this area needs for real hands on coverage of lax which is lacking now. Joe your articles are excellent.
Just discovered this site today. I’ve been catching up on a lot of great articles the last few hours. GREAT lax coverage!
